Trial Lawyer Frank L. Branson Earns Teddy Roosevelt “Man in the Arena” Award

DALLAS – The The Law Offices of Frank L. Branson is proud to announce that firm founder Frank Branson has been honored with the Teddy Roosevelt “Man in the Arena” Award presented by the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA).

The national honor recognizes individuals for their hard work and dedication to promote interstate trucking highway safety.

APITLA Executive Board member John Romano says Mr. Branson’s passionate effort to make the nation’s roadways safer is a fitting example of the message highlighted in President Theodore Roosevelt’s 1910 “Man in the Arena” speech.

“Frank Branson is clearly dedicated to this cause and through the ‘dust, sweat and blood’ of his efforts, he has attained an exceptionally high level of professional achievement in the promotion of interstate trucking highway safety,” Mr. Romano says.

Mr. Branson accepted the award during the organization’s national conference in St. Louis in September.

“This award is particularly meaningful to me because it honors our efforts through the justice system to both help the victims of 18-wheeler trucking accidents, and to also improve highway safety,” Mr. Branson says.
