Dallas attorney Frank Branson discusses safety failures on Six Flags’ Texas Giant rollercoaster

In this ABC World News report, Dallas attorney Frank Branson discusses his investigation surrounding the death of Rosa Esparza, who was killed when she was thrown from her seat on the Texas Giant rollercoaster at Six Flags Over Texas on July 19, 2013. According to the lawsuit filed by the Branson trial team, Ms. Esparza fell from the top of the 14-story wooden coaster after safety measures on the rollercoaster failed. “The ride doesn’t have a proper restraint system,” Mr. Branson tells ABC World News.
