Frank Branson Speaks on Trial Skills to Noted Legal Groups

Because of his prominence in the trial lawyer community, Frank Branson is frequently asked to share his knowledge with other attorneys, both locally and nationally. Mr. Branson is honored to speak at these events because he is committed to elevating the practice of law and improving the skills of those attorneys who represent individuals who have been harmed by the negligence and fraud of others.

Mr. Branson made two such presentations in March.

On March 9, he addressed the Dallas Bar Association’s Trial Skills Section, where he discussed techniques in jury selection, cross examination, and closing arguments, as well as the use of demonstrative evidence. According to the Trial Skills Section’s website, the section “is devoted to the art, science and practice of trial advocacy. The Section promotes the continuing advancement of trial skills of members of the legal community by the open exchange of ideas, continuing legal education, communication between the bar and bench, and the mutual respect and collegiality between members of the bar.”

On March 23, Mr. Branson was a featured speaker at the Florida Justice Association’s 2012 Workhorse Seminar in Orlando. Mr. Branson’s presentation was titled “Bringing Victory to the Cause and Client in Opening Statement.”  According to the FJA’s website, the group “is dedicated to strengthening and upholding Florida’s civil justice system and protecting the rights of Florida’s citizens and consumers.”

Mr. Branson has many other similar speaking engagements scheduled for the rest of the year.
