Eric Stahl Honored On Texas Rising Stars Listing

DALLAS – The Law Offices of Frank L. Branson is pleased to announce that firm attorney Eric T. Stahl has earned a spot on the 2009 Texas Rising Stars listing of the state’s top young lawyers.

Rising Stars selections are based on nominations made by attorneys appearing on the prestigious Texas Super Lawyer list. The designation is reserved for the top Texas attorneys who are 40 or younger or have been in practice fewer than 10 years. This year’s list appears in the April issue of Texas Monthly magazine, as well as Texas Rising Stars, a magazine co-produced by the publishers of Texas Monthly and Law & Politics Media, Inc.

This marks the second consecutive year Mr. Stahl has been recognized for his work in business litigation.

Mr. Stahl’s practice is focused on commercial litigation, including cases involving breach of contract, intellectual property, and breach of fiduciary duty. He has handled trials and appeals for clients that include governmental bodies, professional sports organizations, national corporations, business executives and medical professionals.

He earned his law degree from Yale Law School, where he served as editor of the prestigious Yale Law Journal. Prior to law school, Mr. Stahl earned his undergraduate degrees in philosophy and political science from Southern Methodist University, spending one year as a visiting student at University College in Oxford, England.
