DALLAS – The Law Offices of Frank L. Branson is proud to announce that noted Dallas trial lawyers Frank L. Branson and Debbie Dudley Branson have been named to D Magazine’s 2011 list of “The Best Lawyers in Dallas.”
To compile the prestigious listing, D Magazine asked Texas attorneys to nominate other lawyers from their own practice areas whose work they had witnessed firsthand and those they would rank among the city’s best. After the votes were tallied, a blue-ribbon panel of lawyers and the magazine’s editors determined the final list.
“Both Debbie and I are honored by this recognition and grateful to our peers,” says Mr. Branson. “There are many fine lawyers in Dallas, and we’re thankful to be named among them.”
During the past three decades, Mr. Branson’s firm has relied on an aggressive and comprehensive approach while representing people injured by the recklessness and greed of others. In recent years the firm has also been called to represent individuals and corporations in corporate disputes and business torts.
Ms. Branson is a fourth-generation lawyer who holds a graduate degree in psychology and focuses her practice on litigation. She directs the firm’s work in focus groups, attitudinal surveys, voir dire and witness preparation, and jury debriefing.
“Everyone at our firm has a real passion for what we do,” she says. “I hope that spirit is reflected in the firm’s reputation among our peers in the legal community.”
The D Magazine recognition is just the most recent honor for the two attorneys. Mr. Branson earned the American Bar Association’s “Pursuit of Justice Award” and the Dallas Bar Association’s “Trial Lawyer of the Year” honor in 2010. He has earned numerous selections to Lawdragon’s “500 Leading Lawyers in America” and The Best Lawyers in America. Both attorneys have been repeatedly named to the Texas Super Lawyers list, with Mr. Branson annually recognized as one of the Top 10 lawyers in the state.
The Law Offices of Frank L. Branson represents clients in cases involving complex product liability, catastrophic injury, commercial air crashes, professional negligence, and business torts.
