When a 14-year-old Flower Mound girl died in a go kart crash during a sanctioned race in the parking lot of Texas Motor Speedway, the KTVT Ch. 11 news team sought out Dallas personal injury attorney Frank L. While preliminary investigations have ruled the death of Kierstin Eaddy an accident, Mr. Branson notes that property owners and the event’s sponsor have certain obligations to ensure that the race course is located with safety for participants and spectators in mind.
